If you have not received the items that you actually ordered, please contact our customer service . A sweater, a jacket and trousers with other exclusive materials (e.g. Riri zipper) are our new products. We will be launching these later this year.

Unfortunately, apart from our first pre-order phase, we do not offer gift vouchers. But we are always working to improve our offer. So if you feel the need to tell us why we should definitely introduce gift cards, please let our customer service know.
